At the beginning of the summer, Krebs Brothers had the opportunity to provide new kitchen equipment for the Perryville School District. Along with a 6-burner range, proofing cabinet, rebate-earning convection ovens, and an exhaust hood, Perryville also purchased a conveyor-type dishwasher and Salvajor Scrapmaster and disposer, simplifying the food disposal process. Recirculated water used by the Scrapmaster system for preflushing will reduce water and sewer cost by thousands of dollars per year.
